Party Tent - Rent our 30x40 tent. Cathedral window siding available. You may also choose to include lighting for evening gatherings. Picnic tables and gas grill are included. Informal seating up to 100. Catering available too!

Company Events - Enjoy time with your co-workers down on the farm.  Great way to unwind from the hustle of the office.  We work with area caterers to provide you with the best food selections.  There is enough space to have team building activities too! 

Fundraisers - Great location to hold your next fund raiser event.  Lots of room and a delightful setting.  We will work with your group to enable your organization large proceeds.

Cocktail Parties - Wanting to host a cocktail party this year, but don’t want people at your house or meet at a restaurant?   Great for company gatherings too! We are opening our store to you during the evening hours, any day of the week.  Bring your own refreshments and we’ll provide the atmosphere.  The store can hold up to 30 people comfortably, please no children.  $75 for 2 hours.

Small Group Gatherings - This is becoming a popular thing to do. I have connections with a local caterer who provides awesome gourmet sandwiches and salads.  Give us a day's notice and gather for lunch or dinner and enjoy the tranquility of the farm.

Senior Days - Every Monday, those 62+ enjoy 15% off all store merchandise.  (discount does not apply to catered foods)

Weddings - Options are unlimited!   You may select the ceremony and reception locations.  We have connections with local caterers, florists and musicians.  On-site party planner also available.

Hayrides - Available October and November during the day or evening. Must be 18 yrs. or older! Take a tractor drawn hay wagon ride up to our hay fields, exploring its 15 acres. Weather pending, the ride takes you through a wooded trail.  A spooktacular time at night!
Duration - aprox 1/2 hour
Cost - $2.00 per person ($10 min for a ride)

Shopping Parties - This is geared for 'the girls'.  Schedule a day time or evening private shopping party.  Enjoy hassle free shopping with all of your friends and with out the kids! Beverages and goodies served.  Gifts with purchases.

Chocolate Fountain - Rent our chocolate fountain for a function here at the farm.  We supply the fountain and dipping chocolate.

Gift Baskets - The Country Store offers a unique blend of gourmet foods and gifts.  We offer realtors, small businesses and corporations a wonderful gift assortment and will work closely with you to create the perfect way to say Thank You, Happy Anniversary, Congratulations! All baskets may be customized to fit your needs and budget.

Tent Rental Details: 

Rates:

Daytime: 0-4 hours = $250   - or -    0-8 hours = $500

Evening: 6-10pm = $300                

2007 Policies:

- Rain dates are available at the time of booking.

- A deposit of 25% is required to reserve date and time, balance is due at the end of the party (cash, check & charge).

- Time needed for set up and clean up are included in your rental time.

- Refrigerator and freezer space is not available.

- Parties must be booked at least one week in advance of rental date.

- Sweetwilliam Farm party planner available for hire to organize your event.
